1. How to Place a Wholesale Order?
Wholesalers need to have an account to access the order page. To create an account:
- Navigate to the order page or click the 'account' icon in the navigation bar (the second icon from the right).
- Click the 'Create Account' link under the login form to access the registration page.
- Submit your details for account creation.
Accounts must be approved by our staff to avoid consumer or fraudulent orders. Once your account is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and you can begin using your account to place orders.
2. How Do I Edit My Account Details?
To add or edit an address, go to your account page and click 'View Addresses.' Here, you can update your contact name, dispensary name, or add a new location. Please avoid using the 'Edit Account' button for updating details, as making changes through 'View Addresses' is instant and does not require our approval.
3. How Can Consumers Purchase Our Products?
If you are a consumer looking to purchase our products, please visit our landing page where you can access individual brand sites and store locators to find a dispensary near you.
4. How Can I Add Special Instructions to My Order?
If you need to request empty display packaging, samples, report damages, or provide any special instructions for your order, you can do so by adding a note in the "Order special instructions" section of the cart.
